Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Invozen. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Model
Invozen offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and grant access to the plan's features for that period.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel any time during the trial without being billed. No refund is applicable since no payment was made.
3. Monthly Plans - Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full access to the Service until the period ends. No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the current month.
4. Annual Plans - Cancellation
You may cancel an annual plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. You retain full access until the period ends. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as described in Section 6 below.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
6. Exceptional Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- The Service was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our side, and the downtime occurred within your current billing period
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first-ever payment (new customer only) and have not used the Service for production purposes
To request a refund under any of these circumstances, email hello@invozen.in with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after the 7-day new-customer window
- Partial use of features within a billing period
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
